Pastor Okafor said : “it has been sixteen years of winning souls into the Kingdom of God .Sixteen years of depopulating the kingdom of darkness and taking the Good News of Jesus Christ to all the nook and crannies of the world”.
The Generational Prophet of God emphasized that for people to sustain their deliverance without compromise, they needed to be assisted on what they will depend on for survival in life.
He later doled out 100 thousand naira to each of the 48 selected member of Grace Nation
The man of God said the financial assistance was mandated by God “as He has ordered us to be our brother’s keeper and also help the less privilege in the society.
He urged the beneficiaries to make good use of the opportunity saying this might not come again to them in the nearest future.
He maintained that the next empowerment will be benefitted by another set of faithfuls and that the small amount if well utilised can lead to big investment.
While reacting to the gesture, one of the beneficiaries who will not want her name mentioned remarked that, she was recently giving a quit notice where she resides and with this cash gift from Dr Chris Okafor, God has bring hope to her home.
She said Dr Chris Okafor has been an exceptional Man of God endowed with the spirit of giving.
Another beneficiary also remarked that her business has crumbled for close to six months and with the cash gift from the man of God, her business will come alive again.
Recounting his experience in the hands of kidnappers eight years ago, the Generational Prophet of God, Dr Chris Okafor, who was a little emotional said, if not for God, the devil never wanted the church to get to where it is today.
” If not for God, the devil wanted to cut the mandate shot, but the devil was put to shame and today the church is waxing stronger and the kingdom of darkness getting depopulated.
He said in the midst of heavy shooting, God protected him and all the people in the car, except his police escort who jumped down to make effort to protect his VIP but was shot dead.
